Credit Card Security
Is it safe to order online? We make sure all transactions processed on Weddingtulle.com are safe by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. If you are still not comfortable using your credit card over the Internet, you can always fax (530.755.1401) or mail your order to us.

Payment Methods
Wedding Tulle accepts the following forms of payment: Visa,MasterCard, Money Orders and Checks. All are accepted in US funds only. Orders paid by money orders and cashier's checks will ship on day of deposit. Orders paid by personal check will ship within 10-15 days of deposit in order to allow clearance of funds. Orders of personalized printed products will begin processing after the clearance of funds.

Order Fulfillment
For our stocked items, an availability period is posted for each item. During peak season, it normally takes the full availability period before your order is shipped. They availability period does NOT include the transit/delivery time for your order. Requests for rush orders must be pre-approved. Specifying your shipping method as "Next Day Air" or "2nd Day Air" will not rush your order nor reduce the order fulfillment period. If you place an order 2-3 weeks prior to your event date, please verify if we can fulfill your order in-time.

Personalized Printed Products
All personalized printed products, such as (but not limited to) invitations and save the date stationery must be paid in full (100%) in order to begin processing. The client shall be responsible for making additional payments for changes requested by the client to the original stationery or stationery order. However, no additional payment shall be made for changes required to conform to the original stationery. In the event of cancellation, no refund shall be made. Refunds can only be issued for defective personalized printed products. Mistakes overlooked by the client during the proof process does not deem the product defective. We typically do not accept rush orders on personalized printed products. If you have a rush order, please contact us prior to placing the order. Rush orders are subject to a mininum rush order fee of $25.00.

Return Policy
All items are final sale and non-returnable. Replacements for damaged goods must take place within 14 days of the original order as well. If you have any order deficiencies or an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Returns can be sent to:

Order Deficiencies
Please check your order completely when you receive it and notify us immediately of any deficiencies. If you have any order deficiencies or an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated on a per order basis and is dependent on the shipping method you select, your zip code, and the weight of your package. USPS First Class Mail is the default shipping method for sample orders. UPS Ground is the default shipping method for all other orders. When selecting a shipping method, please note that UPS Ground is usually less expensive than USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail for packages over 2 lbs. We reserve the right to change your shipping method to UPS if we find that it is less expensive. UPS is also preferred as it is easier to track your package.

International Shipping
You may be charged a customs fee by your country's customs for purchases entering from the US. Fees may vary. Wedding Tulle is not responsible for any international customs fees incurred.

Taxes
Only orders that are shipped to destinations in California are subject to a 7.25% sales tax.

Typographical Errors
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to a typographical error in pricing.

Sample Policies
At our discretion, we reserve the right to use a client's surplus stationery (actual or modified) as promotional sample material which includes, but is not limited to, sample books distributed to vendors, samples distibuted to potential clients, press requests from websites, publishers, magazines, newspapers, or other periodicals. If you do not wish to have your surplus stationery used in this manner, please notify us.

Miscellaneous Policies
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason whatsoever. All products available while supplies last. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. All orders subject to acceptance, verification and confirmation by Wedding Tulle.
